Terms of use.
Using this site
This website is provided for information about AMW Entertainment's services. Content, imagery and copy on this site remain the property of AMW Entertainment and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry, application or mailing-list signup does not reserve a date and does not create a contract. A date is only held once we have issued a written agreement and received the agreed deposit.
Quotes and scope
Any indicative figures discussed are subject to final scope, travel, venue requirements and date. The written agreement issued to you is the authoritative statement of what is included.
Deposits and cancellations
Booking terms, deposit amounts, payment milestones and cancellation conditions are set out in your written agreement. Where those terms differ from anything on this website, the agreement prevails.
Performance and substitutions
In the rare event that a named performer becomes unavailable through illness or circumstances beyond our control, we will supply a performer of equivalent standard so that the event proceeds as planned.
Imagery and media
Photography and video used on this website may include representative and illustrative imagery. Where a specific event, artist or venue is not identified, the image is used to illustrate the style of production rather than a particular engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMW Entertainment's liability is limited to the value of the services supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
