Privacy policy.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, apply for a Levant consultation, or join one of our mailing lists, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, phone number, email address, event date, venue, guest count, budget range and any notes about your event.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send you occasional announcements about tours and events. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who can see it
Enquiries are readable only by the AMW team. Our website stores submissions in a secured database that the public cannot read from. Where we use third-party providers for hosting, email or messaging, they process the data on our behalf only.
WhatsApp and phone
If you contact us via WhatsApp or by phone, that conversation is handled under the terms of the relevant provider as well as this policy. We keep those conversations for as long as we need them to service your event.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially relevant, and mailing-list subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only what is required for it to function correctly, plus basic aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers to profile you.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
